Newsfeed
• The newsfeed uses geolocation to let you chat and interact with hoopers in your area. Think of it as a location based version of your Twitter timeline, but exclusively for hoops. Simply tap the pencil icon in the top right corner to create your own post or share photos. You can also like, comment, or upvote the best responses from other posts to join in the conversation. Overall, the newsfeed is great for sharing content, discussing hoops, or simply organizing runs via word of mouth!
Nearby Runs
• The nearby runs feed compiles a list of all the pickup games scheduled in your area. The feed allows you to create, search, and join games based on location, date, and skill level. Simply tap the orange basketball icon in the footer to create your own game. You then have the ability to choose a location, select a day/time, apply various privacy settings, tailor the game specifically to your desired level of experience, leave notes for game participants, and invite your friends!
Groups
• Organizing your weekly runs via text messaging or email threads is now a thing of the past, as the groups feature provides you with the tools to easily and effectively manage your regularly scheduled pickup groups. To get started simply choose a name, select a privacy setting, and invite group members. Once created, each group has its own private newsfeed and pickup schedule. And the best part is that whenever there’s new group activity, every group member instantly receives a notification update!
